I guess God wasnt going to accept my prayer of having surgery. He did me one better! Yesterday the doctor said best case scenario was to have the surgery. So I was praying for the surgery. When he came in only 30 mins after surgery I was instantly disapointed because I thought oh no he is going to need the more prolonged treatment. The doctor said they didnt have to do surgery because the lesion was significantly smaller than on Monday so he was optimistic it could heal on his own! He didnt think it had gotten any better before so it wasnt an option he gave. God is so good. So now we are just waiting on him to be able to eat from a bottle which we will try tomorrow and get his oxygen off! Hopefully by this weekend or beginning of next week we will be going home, and with time his vocal chords will heal. God gave us more than we ever thought to ask! Thanks Bill-Connie Connell Hawkins for staying with me during the scope procedure so I wasnt alone.
