I guess its time to promote my cookbook again as there are several new members on this blog. BIGABIGDs Jewish-Cajun Fusion is the first ever Jewish, Cajun cookbook ever written. Its 200 pages long, and has been endorsed by two of the most renowned Jewish chefs in the US. There are 40 pages of Cajun recipes and about 40 pages of Jewish recipes, most of which came from my Dad, or came from him and were modified by me.In addition, there are about a dozen true Jewish-Cajun fusion recipes, all invented by me.
