I guess the No Noon Break sign in our government office is not really true... I was at the LTO office in San Juan and it was so annoying... There is no system... We were there at 7am and finished at 3pm. Plus the fact that they are not approachable, everytime people approach them to ask they raise their voice... Ending we only got a temporary license because the ID card printer is busted... So where are the budget of each government department???? Where are the peoples taxes going????
