I had 2 great meetings today. It is official, I am the Life Coach for a new recovery/treatment center in Laguna Beach (name to be disclosed for now). AND the other was with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Orange County to discuss collaboration and partnership. Keep in mind, if you struggle with anxiety and/or depression on ANY level, it is considered a mental illness. Those who struggle are no longer the ones on the street corners talking to themselves and licking a Light post. These are people like me, you, your loved one, friend, colleague etc. Call NAMI in your area TODAY. Why Struggle to get help or even understand.
