I had 2 women reach out to me just this week and tell me they feel like theyve known me forever after getting into my Model Mind Trainer Mindset program I have after a few weeks - its such a humbling weird feeling to me. I poured my entire SOUL into writing that program for 3 years - all the stuff I did to keep my weight off that actually was all in my head, and it makes me happy to feel like people can see that. It means a lot to me to know that its helping people make lasting changes, but even more so to feel like my 30+ years of struggle actually ended up being worth something.
