I had a BLAST at the Rutgers Against Hunger 5K today!!!!! It was also the COLDEST race Ive ever done.... 45 degrees when I got to the start line!!!! Glad I wore a sweater & gloves.... my fingers really felt like they were going to fall off. It was also the most challenging course Ive ever done.... a lot of turns & curves, plus a little more elevation. Some parts were also OPEN-ROAD & cars were allowed to drive by, which could be a little scary at times. But all in all, I enjoyed myself!!!! BTW, the official results are not up yet. I know the time thats on my watch vs. the time on the chip will be different.... so Ill just wait for the Compuscore page.
