I had a bad experience with Payless in Cairo festival city, I bought 9 pairs of shoes from the store, the lady who sold me the shoes told me that rules of exchange and refund has been changed and in order to change I dont need the receipt but must have the boxes of the shoes and with no boxes we cannot exchange!!!! so I went home and found that two shoes dont fit my son so I went back to the shop and met a sales person who said no problem but please come after the 31st of October because they have an offer buy two get one and he cant exchange them at that time because they dont have the size so I sent a friend with the shoes to exchange the store manager told her that I cant exchange the size because I dont have the receipt I tried to explain what the sales girls told me but he said its not his problem what the sales girl gave wrong information. Its not about the shoes or the money its mostly about me going to a shop that I thought had a good reputation only to find that the staff are not professional, dont know the rules or giving wrong information and a manager that really dont care.
