I had a big chuckle today but then sadness took over.... After telling everyone that they were getting rid of me and humanly run Karaoke shows for Jukebox Karaoke and when they saw the uproar and disappointments it brought them they swore it wasnt true and not to believe MY ANTICS and ramblings, well now they are going full force with it, they are so confident, that they are cancelling Live Band Nights and in its place...?... You got it......JUKEBOX KARAOKE on Weekends...and soon the rest of the week.....although they may want to spin it another way.... So sad cause the only reason I did the Entertainment directing there was to keep the bands !!!!! The previous owner wanted me to do Karaoke all 7 nights but I said this place was always known as a LIVE BAND Venue on weekends and although they wanted to pay the bands less, I used my fee to pay the bands an extra hundred out of respect....... Shame, shame, shame.... They new manager and part owner will destroy their reputation.... I hope my friend who is there after I left sees why I am no longer there after 10 plus years??
