I had a bolt of lightning last night that actually "POPPED" it was that close. Woke up and the scanner feed was not working and with further investigation, my WiFi was down also. Good news is, resetting the WiFi and the scanner computer, all is working good. I personally think the "surge protector" between my electric meter and main circuit board saved the day. I pay $6.99 a month for that surge protector supplied by Duke Energy. If any damage is incurred beyond the "protector", Duke will pay up to $10,000......
