I had a complicated experience yesterday. I am mentoring a young, hard working entrepreneur who has great passion to achieve. His father called me yesterday and requested me to advise his son to take up a job in a large company which is waiting for him. I told him that I am mentoring for his business dreams and how can I work againist my core principles. He was in the mindset that his son will blindly listen whatever I say to him which I dont believe. I do underatsnd the fear of failure of a loving parent. I told him that let me talk to his son on this.......I am very sure that I am just trying to throw some light on the God given path to an individual. If entrepreneurship is not his natural path he will not travel on that. Right?
