Me: When I first join #SWA, I DONT RELY much to my UPLINES. ..You can ask of them. You know most of them. The first thing that I did is I do my own research, I watch youtube,.. Dahil FIRST AND FOREMOST, I know that this is MY BUSINESS, at hindi ko basta lang ipagkakatiwala sa UPLINE ko... As for example, nag-franchise ako sa Mcdo, yung owner ba ng McDonald ang magbubukas at magsasarado ng franchising ko? Hindi di ba? Nag-franchise ako dahil kilala na ang mcdo, but it doesnt mean na magre-rely ako ng sales ko sa owner. ..This is a BUSINESS, theres a lot of resources, may internet, may mga co-members na pwede pagtanungan. Everything at first is hard,but its natural kahit sa work mo ngayon as OFW. Noong dumating ka sa employer mo, alam mo na ba lahat ang gagawin? Hindi di ba? Its natural na mahirap dahil you are outside of your comfort zone, but if you keep going in order to IMPROVE your mistake and learn from it. You can be a MASTER of it. study THE GUIDE, RESEARCH EVERYTHING, GET YOUR OWN UNIQUE IDEA. .. Another example, in X-factor reality shows, thousand of people nag-audition to be a WINNER. For those thousand theres always be a a ONE SUPERSTAR. At yung winner always MAKES an extra EFFORT to excel and be the best of what he/she become in order to achieve the TOP ONE...If they are discourage, go find another SUPERSTAR. Matira mayaman... Ive been in bad shape for a 5 months because of the wrong choice of work but it doesnt mean I will just stop like this. I will re-build my empire for those who are willing, this time I would be wise... As Albert Einstein once quoted: I am grateful to all those people who said no. It is because of them I did it myself..
