I had a dream last night where I sat and talked with an old man on a bench in a city busier than any place Id ever been. Cars and busses flew by as people littered the sidewalks going to and fro as if they were blown by wind that refused to make up its mind. The old man resembled me... Maybe an old ancestor or possibly a future grandson or something of that nature... He said more to me than I care to share but one thing he did say to me was this: I breath alone in a world without a map but even with spinning under stars theres always a true north. Take a deep breath, youll die sooner than you think but dying is better than navigating through life by yourself. Trust me, you need another soul to be your compass. Rest assured youre never really lost if you find peace in anothers eyes. Not sure if he was wise or just some crazy old man but the dream seemed real enough that waking up felt more like the dream to me.
