I had a good visit with my Mum this morning in the city before I paid bills and did errands - she was well. Came home to find that the horses had been turned out and mucked by a dear friend (what a special gift that was!) and all my guilt evaporated. I took a lot of white willow bark and laid down for 40 minutes... neck feels better now. Im evaluating all aspects of life right now - probably inspired by some lunar energies - doing laundry while I figure things out.
