I had a great discussion with a friend today about friendship and the need we have both had to weed some people out. Its quite disconcerting when you really start to think about it, how many people in your life, known as friends, that are always quick to take what you have to offer in the friendship but usually only when its convenient for them, when they need something, or just when no better offers pop up. Friendship isnt about keeping score, but there is a need to draw the line when someone is down right selfish, inconsiderate yet unfazed & unapologetic about it. Common courtesy is a basic that we expect from acquaintances, its the minimum that your friends should offer you.
