I had a great doctors appointment today. After going almost 3 months now without a seizure effective February, the doctor has allowed me to head back to working out in the gym... Yahoooooooooo!!!! Another great day and I give God all the glory, praise and honor! My migraines have significantly reduced as well to only 1 in the last 30 days. SO today I have already gone to the lake at Kiwanis Park and tomorrow will be day 1 back at the gym... :-) Thank you to each and every person that continued to pray for me, motivate me and encourage me.
