I had a great weekend of events with lots of happy kids and great feedback from parents and science teachers. One thing, though, if your child is jumping up and down begging for a geode, or a chemistry kit, dont burst their bubble with an, Its just a rock or a That sounds gross. Its not just a rock to them and they dont think its gross. You never know when a comment like that could steer them away from something they would really find incredible!
