I had a headstand go a little funky last night in my yoga class, and Ive been nursing some mild neck/upper back aches since. The things Ive done since then that have been extremely helpful have been: taking an epsom salt bath, doing some Reiki on myself (this alone had me wake up this morning with NO aches, pains, or twinges), and then today I saw my Acupuncturist, did some more Reiki, ice, and Arnica herbal balm. Taking care of yourself is a full-time job, even without the occasional over-excited headstand! What do you do when you have aches or pains?
