I had a horrible experience at the Doctors ( St. Annes, Herne Bay ) today. I went in to reception to make an appointment .While i was standing there at the counter when a lady pushing a wheel chair politely ask to excuse her as she wanted to go into the first room where the nurses are. I looked round and said give me a minute to move. As it happened she pushed the wheel chair which caught my heel and down i went. Me being a disabled person cant move very quickly. I can not understand why a carer could be so impatient as she was with a gentleman sitting in a wheel chair. I wish people were more understanding.I never heard an apology or herd a sorry. The staff were so kind and attentive. I must say thank you to Doctor Cleverley and Nurse Debbie acting so quickly. I would like to say to the lady i am having a terrible time with bruising, my joints are so very painful. You see you must NEVER NEVER judge a book by its cover.So next time you are out some where with that wheel chair make sure you wait just a minute to make sure that you do not do the same thing again.
