I had a loan that closed today and there is a story behind it. I think you all know how passionate I am about my Business. I will fight until there is no more fight left. Long story short is that the Underwriter was going to call this a 2nd home and not a primary home and it would of changed how much she had to put down on the house. It would of gone from a 95% LTV to a 90%. Having a tremendous support staff in place makes a world of difference when they believe in you and in turn I believe in them. They all know who they are!!! I/We did everything possible and in the end, the point was made and the Underwriter approved and we had a clear to close with the 95% Loan to Value. Congratulations Peggy.
