I had a long list of errands to run today but all the time in the world; so I got a chance to chat when the opportunity arose. I had plenty of chances and enjoyed every one of them. I was asked what type of person I was. Type A was my response full of laughter. I spend the majority of my days planning and executing those plans. I feel the happiest when I have control. As usual I didnt tell the complete back story. I was born a Type B person and I was the most carefree naive child that played most of the day with my cats. Then I entered school and then we moved in the middle of the kindergarten and I was the outsider. The first week at the new school an older boy stopped me in the hallway and handed me an item to give my teacher, which I did. She promptly slapped me across the face and called me a dirty girl. I tried to tell her about the boy as she was marching me to the corner where I had to stand. When I was finally allowed out of the corner the teacher told me that I couldnt tell anyone that I had been bad. (The item I was handed by the boy was a condom and that is what I handed my teacher.) I became a Type I person, I became Invisible, I hardly spoke and when I did I stuttered. I never told; I believed what I was told. At the age of 19 I had to become a Type A. I did what I could do correctly. I became an aggressive Type A at the age of 24. I embraced business & life at 28 and used my personality to build the business with my Type B husband. At the age of 56 I became a relaxed Type A and I dont always have to have control. It took decades to get here and know I wasnt a dirty girl. Now I am just a dirty minded business woman! ;)
