I had a lovely time with sweet Falcon today. I bought him in by himself for a grooming session and hoof trimming. He is still shedding out his curly Winter coat. Working with this soft and sensitive soul is a real delight. I still melt at his huge, innocent eyes. He is a very sensitive horse but like his mother, once you have his trust he will work with you. He was following me around the paddock after our time together today. I got some new photos of him while a big white bag was blowing around the paddock. Both Falcon and Star were running from it however Neosho just stood unfazed. The boys soon took up the position of safety beside Neo. I got the bag and tied it to a post in the paddock so it would blow in the wind and the boys could take their time to investigate it throughout the day. Star was soon pawing at the bag and taking it in his mouth tugging on it. The boys are all spending their first night on their newly installed paddock paradise track. I am looking forward to watching the results over the next month.
