I had a moment like something out of a Seinfield plot. About 4 days ago I spilled a bowl of cereal and milk on my tile floor. I grabbed a towel and slopped it up. I then used a wet vac on it. Lastly,I used a Swiffer wet jet on the floor. I was so proud of how well I did it. EXCEPT, I tossed the milky towel in a clothes hamper in my closet.I have been smelling something bad for a few days and I couldnt seem to find it until I opened the closet. Oh my goodness. What a rotten funky smell. I took the offending towel out and put it in a trash can. But my clothes all stunk. I washed them all and they still stunk! I had to wash them twice. Thank goodness that did it. Gosh is rotten milk a bad thing to take a whiff of. If the second washing hadnt done it, I was prepared to throw them all away. Jeez, that smell haunts me still.
