I had a moment this evening where I realized how I need to BELIEVE that everything will be okay. That I have to know He has everything under control and no matter happens it happens for a reason. I am not sure why I was a chosen one, I am not sure why Tristan was meant to be mine, but he was. Being his mom has been one of the hardest and also one of the best things I have ever done in my life. This morning I watched my son get into the car with his dad to head to school and I doubted he could pull off having a great day on hardly any sleep. I have been so stressed out by him starting a new school and even though it all seems to be going great I have that doubt in the back of my head. I have not been able to enjoy the moment because if I do everything will come crashing down. I realized tonight that NO MATTER what happens this school year we will be okay. I have to loosen my apron strings and let my heart embrace this school year. I love my son so much and he is the best boy in the entire world and even when he is on his non-sleep cycles like he is now WE will PREVAIL!
