I had a number of repairs today but I wanted to share this one in particular. I went to Coopersville this afternoon to repair Pauleens daughters phone. Its been repaired a couple times already but the last repair is one that stands out. I say that because the last hands in a phone are really the ones responsible for its condition. The last repair was preformed by an employee at an ATT store in Florida that fixed the screens on the side. The biggest disappointment was the individual that repaired the phone did not tell my customer that if the home button is ever replaced on a 5S the fingerprint reader functionality will forever be lost. Also, the screen was of horrible quality as you see by the pics. There were bent corners that I had to straighten with my corner die prior to installing the new display. I had some of the parts that the last repair left out so the phone was returned in better condition than when I got to it. It is definitely worth spending a few extra dollars to find someone who is willing to use quality parts in the repair of your phone. Its also worth finding someone that is certified, as I am, and is willing to do the repair in front of you, at a location that is comfortable and convenient for you. The repair takes about an hour and I will take the time to explain everything that Im doing for you. After all, its your phone and you should know.
