I had a phone call today from the Child Assault Detectives Office in Brisbane. They are happy to arrest John Phillips for assault, however, they will require my daughter to return to Brisbane for court cases and appeals (if any) and sentencing hearings. I simply cant comprehend how they would allow her to go through all this ordeal. As I refused, Ive been informed they are unable to pursue the matter. So according to the law, you can beat a child and walk free without a conviction if the victim or the victims parents refuse to partake in court processes. Must be a strong man to beat a child John. I know you can read this so my word to you is...................never walk alone. Your no threat to me. You laid your hands on my little girl................................
