I had a plan on January 1st of 2013 to get in shape. Didnt really care about losing any weight. We bought an elliptical but rarely used it. March 30th 2013 we took a picture and it finally sunk in that I needed to do something. I gave up Cokes and started watching how much I ate. I also started walking. At first 20 minutes at a time was all I could handle. Now Im out for 2 hrs at a time. The picture isnt the best comparison picture but it works. Ive said it before the first 30 lbs was fairly easy. The last 30 have been hard work. ( That black shirt is a 2X the green one is a medium )
