I had a really unusual day on the road. While traveling through a neighborhood, two cats run out Im front of me with backs arches and obviously fighting. In spite of slamming on my brakes, I hit them both. I stopped at the house from which yard they came and knocked on the door. The nice lady there said they did not belong to her and didnt know whose they were. When I turned to leave they were no where to be found. I hope they made it. Also saw a terrible accident on 31 Im Cullman. Young man was ejected from his car! I just kept thinking, he is someones son! I sure hope he will be ok. I got almost home and my neighbors dog was standing in the road. I almost didnt see him. Slammed on brakes to keep from hitting him. These dogs are in a fence so I was expecting him there. I would have just died if I had injured their pet. Glad to be home. What a day!
