I had a rough day today. Or at least by my standards it was rough. Unexpected, expensive home repair, unexpected news, unexpected bills, lost time with the ones I love the most, and did not feel well at all. Just sick to my stomach. Just as I was prepared to take it down for the night, this pops up in my news feed. His recitation is so full of desire and faith an sincerity. I felt ashamed. His classroom looks like an abandon building. I have so much to be grateful for, including this video which reminds me of the ultimate goal. May Allah increase him in Islamic knowledge, may Allah raise him among those who will enter Jannah for their efforts to memorizing His book, ameen.
