I had a strange dream lastnight, i met Doraemon and he brought me into his drawer travelling back to 1950. I met my grandfather and told him i was from 2014 his future grandson 60years later... He was my age today at that time, he was convinced and believed me. I told him in the 1990s our prime minister will build one of the world tallest Twin Tower and it will be the Iconic landmark building of Malaysia. I told my grandfather to buy a piece of land right beside and in 60years later it will be RM3000psf in 2014. Then we made an appointment to meet a broker for the land deal and i was offered at the price of RM30psf so an acre would have cost RM30psf x 43560sf = RM1.3million, while the same piece of land might cost RM130million today. To my surprise it was DIRT CHEAP! I quickly told my grandpa to pay deposit to secure the land.... However................... To my dissapointment, my grandpa told me he was only paid RM120/month salary as a bus contractor.................... I woke up! My grandpa left us nothing but only sweet memories of my childhood. I told myself i am blessed that i made the right decision to have bought my 1st property in 2008......... And that day onwards, i never quit buying!! Love you Grandpa...... For the sake of my grandchildrens in 2070. I was in a Triplex 30,000sf TROIKA KLCC. 30,000sf @ RM36,000,000 in 2012. CHEERS..!!!!!! 🍺🍺🍺
