I had a wonderful weekend in Radisson. We unpacked the new conveyor for the Kansas job and reloaded it onto the right trailer. Gary finished welding the water gate, but theres just too much snow to install it before he leaves for Kansas. Joe came up today and he and Gary got both the truck and job trailer pretty much loaded. Had our carpenter/craftsman and his wife (Lenny and Paula) over for dinner last night and talked about plans for the kitchen. Hickory cupboards, maple countertops, and a pantry that looks like an old fashioned pie cupboard (with the pounded tin insets). Oh yeah...and a wine rack. Nobody listened to me when I told them we always drink the wine as soon as we buy it...so there will never be anything in the wine rack. LOL. All to be handcrafted by Lenny. Im sure they will be as great as the rest of the house. Copper farmhouse sink embossed/engraved with vines. Pots and pans hanging over wood stove from a wagon wheel (already sand blasted and finished). I told Lenny as long as I got the sink....I could wait for the rest. It sucks doing dishes in the bathtub.
