I had an 11 am appt at my office my office today to close on a lease.... My Buyer/Tenant showed, Listing Agent Showed, of course I showed! However, the son bring the Owner to sign - told his agent this: 1st the Agent told me she confirmed it again with him last nite time & place Now the conversation this morning around 11:35 am. Her: call no answer (checking on an ETA?) her: call his sister, oh she hadnt talked to him today, but will try to call Sister: calls bk to say - somehow this kid had taken his phone, but will call you Her: Ok, Ill call again a a few..... Her: Calls the brother again, mysteriously he answers the same phone that he told his sister that his kid had taken...... Hmmmmm Him: Again, he says oh sorry - Ill get back with you in a couple of hours when I get my phone back... (ok, tell me what the hell is WRONG with this?) Agent: Well, you where suppose to bring your mother here @ 11am today to complete the lease transaction? Did you forget - No they took my phone (now this is the same # that supposedly the kid took?) Me: Well I have a READY WILLING & ABLE and ON TIME CLIENT thats been here here for an hour now..... I guest youll call me when he finds his phone and confirm another appt with us, that for sure he will have his phone and keep an appt. Agent: looking perplexed! All we could do was laugh... why would you tell such a dumb a## one? Me: Im C O N FU S E D!!!!!!!! ....... KEEP IT MOVING...... Just submitted another offer to Bank...... I guess they wont loooooose theyre phone or the kids wont delete the access to the system - Hopefully not!!!!!! YES - I LOVE REAL ESTATE !!!!!! The GOOD, BAD & UGLY! Its what I do....... How can I be of service to you? Call or inbox me.... I wont let my nieces/nephews near my phone...... lol ;-) THIS IS A REAL ESTATE WORKING WEEKEND!
