I had an awesome weekend along the Yukon River. I went to Nulato and played two games of basketball, too bad that only counts for two miles. That was hard work for me. Today I completed 5.2 miles with 3 miles of that interval running and the last couple were just steady jogging. I had to walk on some parts because the roads were icy. I have 18.1 miles for April and 415 miles towards my long term goal. Gn HANs.
