I had an exhausting day. I am sure none of you want to hear the negatives about the funeral I attended nor the headache that ensued from crying so hard. Do you want to hear the positives? ART (active release therapy) doctor made my headache leave for about an hour! Got to see Harrison Talbot and his GF Emily McGeehan for lunch at HOUSE in Media PA. Received a call that Harrison landed his FIRST JOB as an engineer!!! Managed to have dinner as a family with the Burgese Boys, then a 58 minute workout with Michele Barranger. Its a beautiful night.
