I had an idea for a new restaurant franchise rebranding for old subway restaurants with their tired old menu. Charge a rebranding franchise fee. Change the name , provide new food offerings, new signs etc with national advertising partnering with McDonald, Con Agra or maybe Sysco to do it. With 46, 000 subway restaurants around the world maybe some percentage would like to switch to a different franchise and use their existing facilities ....Instead of huge new franchise fee the rebranding fee would be much lower.
