I had an interesting compliment today while swimming. A woman a little older than me told me that I had such a graceful back and crawl stoke. She said that so many people splash and just do not look right when they swim. I told her that I had one of the best instructors (Mrs. Bowman) who was such a beautiful swimmer, that I try to just relax and enjoy the swim - not just race to the other side! Does anyone else that swims have a good role model for their technique?
