I had an interesting conversation with God this morning,lol. GOD: greetings, this is the lord your God speaking ME: my god? which god are you, exactly? GOD: Yahweh or Jehovah and i have good news for you Me: good news? lets hear it GOD: you have been saved from a hell of eternal fire and suffering ME: oh.. who made that fire in the first place? GOD: i did...well, it all started years ago when adam and eve sinned against me. ME: ok. a couple sinned against u... so how do i come in? GOD. everyone is going to hell but i saved you. ME: how? GOD: 200years ago, i turned myself into a man and had myself killed so u can be free Me:ok... now am confused.. GOD: it was a blood sacrifice that i paid for your sins ME: so u sacrificed yourself, to yourself, so that you wouldnt have to send me to a hell that you created? GOD: yes. who else has the power to torment and destroy a soul? ME: so u want everyone to go to hell then? GOD:no ME:then why are sending everyone there? GOD: because i gave everyone rules to follow and those that dont, i will punish but since i love you so much, i purchased your freedom with a blood sacrifice ME: you purchased my freedom from yourself? so why not just forgive GOD:what do you mean? ME:well, you are God, you have all the power and u dont want to send anyone to hell coz u love them. so why not just forgive everyone? GOD:naaa.. things dont work that way ME:why not? as the creator of the universe, no one will argue with you if u change the rules. then u wont have to send anyone to hell, will you? GOD: Am GOD and i dont change. am eternal and i gave pipo free will to choose whether or not to obey me. ME: so why did u give them free will if all you wanted was humans who will obey you? GOD: look, am trying very hard here to give you eternal life and forgiveness for not being born perfect. ME: and whose fault is it that i was born imperfect? GOD: dont question me, am the lord your God and no subject to error ME:Ok. so if i accept this offer what then? GOD: i will give you eternal life in paradise where you will sing and praise me forever ME: forever? GOD: yes. you are going to worship and adore me for the life i have given you and for torchering myself instead of you, for the crime of being born imperfect. see how much i love you? so think about it and decide before its too late ME: hhhhmmmmm, thanks for loving me that much.*confused*
