I had an interview today with Indianapolis Colts linebacker Daniel Adongo. He was born and raised as a Catholic in Kenya where he became a rugby star as a teenager. When the Colts signed him last year, he had never played American football and knew little of the sport. His faith and the formation he received at Strathmore School in Nairobi (a Catholic prep school there) helped make this journey of faith. More about him in an upcoming issue of The Criterion.
