I had an interview today with Keandra, who is an intern for Townsquare Media. She is creating a slideshow for their website about Wichita Falls History. Have you ever tried to explain to a young college student, who knows nothing about Wichita Falls, the history of our town? She is such a wonderful girl, but she had no idea about the places I was talking about. She is going to drive around downtown and try to find some of the places I told her about. Oh, and she had to know where Sevis was. I also had to tell her about the places to eat downtown, The Original Casa Mañana, 8th St Coffee House and Hargroves Grill and Bar. When she graduates, she will go home with a lot to tell her family about, after talking to me :)
