I had an outstanding closing today! It all started 3 years ago when the market was not as hot as today - we could not sell and the sellers were relocating to a new job and just could not really deal with it all. So We decided to rent it out - Kathy Dennison Adrianse took on the rental and had 3 good years with it. My clients very happy. Then a few months ago we listed - we did not list the home FHA as i knew it would not pass as is. Brian Boven brought me a well thought out - well presented FHA offer - with help to get through it all. I trusted him (not ever having done a deal with him) and he produced and kept to his word! Nancy at 1st American had to get this over night package out at last minute - Mark Mohr from LMCU kept us informed the whole way! This deal had the potential to go south unless everyone worked together! Sellers and buyers kicked in too! KUDOS to all! It was not easy - but we CLOSED TODAY!
