I had an unexpected great time last night at the Holy Hour for Koinenea. I was asked by Sue Hart if I would help out and I didnt want to but she made me some delicious cookies so I felt obligated. We met for a fun and delicious dinner at Andriaccios in Mayville and then proceeded to the beautiful church on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. It was a wonderful moving service that at times left me with tears in my eyes. Great inspiring message by my pastor Jeff Wentz that I affectionately called the Gettysburg Address because it was so powerful, inspiring and challenging and yet so brief. He said it all in a manner of minutes. It felt good helping out and I was reminded about the Bible verse that says when you minister to others...you minister to yourself. Thank you Sue for forcing me out of my comfort zone and giving me a delightful spiritual evening.
