I had been wanting to try durian, the king of fruits native to southeast Asia, so I bought some frozen durian and let it thaw out. It smelled so bad! It smelled like rotting eggs. I had heard that even though it smells bad, it tastes really good, like creme brule. Unfortunately, I didnt think so:( It still tasted like gross eggs to me and the smell stayed in our apartment for a long time...Kyle was not pleased.
