I had given up a healthy lifestyle for the last six months and it hasnt been so good on my body. Restarted a healthy daily routine since yesterday. Taking a cue from #100happydays, I decided to turn this into #100healthydays and post pics of the 4healthy meals along with any physical activity i do everyday. This will include full meals and no yoyo diet, no starving. Just plain healthy clean food instead of junk, processed or fried food. Any physical activity such as walking/house chores/dancing etc is included. if you have been meaning to start a healthy life then join me in this journey to accomplish it. :) Just 100days and i think we will be good to go for life.
