I had gone to this place for the first time last week , but couldnt resist myself from visiting again, today i went with my usual partner in crime to gorge on some delectable Chinese and tibetan cuisines, as i have mentioned i am a die hard fan of pork and blue poppy serves some great pork dishes. It was raining heavily when we got down from the S9 bus near Sikkim House, we had to take shelter at the opposite temple for some time, the feeling that u are going to get good amazing food on the other side of the road made me wanna brave the heavy downpour, but adventure for another time. Located at the first floor in Sikkim house , with just a door written on it Restaurant. we were drenched and made our way and settled, it was quite full considering its a spacious establishment. we ordered chicken fried rice, chilli pork , singapore chicken and chilli garlic fried rice. food came in 5 minutes, quantity wise one bowl of fried rice would satiate your craving. the food is as usual lip smacking the rice cooked nicely though a bit oily, the pork melts my heart as its juicy ,succulent ,moist and given generously, now coming to the Singapore chicken its a treat for people who like spicy gravies but i was not a big fan of it, the chilli garlic rice was also flavorsome. The bill came for 450 bucks which is quite reasonable and no extra Vat and stuff. This place is a good hangout place with friends as the food is good service is prompt and ambiance is calm . Definitely visiting again and again and again
