. I had made this blog on face book god forgive my speech. I were talking about how i were getting ready for the next day and preparing food. I had some fruit and yogurt to mix togther as this low carb dancer type lady found a way to influence me for a spare I were forced into the same space as her.....despite I were writing about cooking some quiona, 1/4 of a cup to bake. The store down the road made yogurt parfaits with Quinoa(?) come on that is ridiculous. I was actually a bit disturbed to tell you what I really think. For a parfait. Today I remembered though what one teacher told me, jan jagodzinski, how about that when or if you want to provide instruction it is important to have key components to make following along more simple for the people who need this/to, I like this way rather than the whole trip up instructions that are or can be passed along
