I had my employee evaluation completed finally today. My scores were really a lot lower than I was expecting. My general manager felt the same way and told me to come up with some specific questions to ask the store managers about my eval. Unfortunately, i only get to see the average score and have no idea what there individual scores were. I asked these questions to the first manager today of four (Lindsay). Q: I work several different positions, but I am primarily outside away from yall. When you gave your review of me, how was your opinion of the quality of my work balanced between the different positions I work? A: When you are working carwash, the job you most often do. Q: If I was really going for getting a 4 (best score) in a single one of these 20+ categories, which would be my best bet. What do you see as a possible strength I could grow? A: Dont be awkward. You are mysterious. Q: What does that have to do with...? A: You do not hang out with anybody from work outside of work. A2: You are stubborn. Q: Some of my higher scores are in coachability [we like to make up words], changing with the situation, & following directions..? A: Yeah, your stubborn. Q: Question, in this specific category over learns position and responsibilities to add value to the team... in what way could I fullfill that better. I want to try and bring my 2 to at least a 3 as a personal goal. Do you have any recommendations? A: Be consistent with the things you are constant with, and just stay reliable. Q: That.. what? A: Good job! Glad to have you on the team.
