I had planned to do some much needed grocery shopping today. However, my maintenance man showed up unexpectedly to rebuild the front yard gate. I tried not to show my aggravation for him not calling ahead. We had to go in my car to the hardware store for hinges. As we were about to leave, he pointed out my right front tire was low. Upon closer inspection by him, I was informed that the tire was dangerously worn down to the wire inside and could pop any time. This happened because of the need of alignment tearing old tires up. Honestly, I would never have notices any of that. I thought they were fine! Ill be purchasing four new tires tomorrow. The alignment is scheduled for Monday or so. Sure glad the maintenance man chose to come over unexpectedly. I would hate to think what could have happened if the front tire had blown out with me going 70 or so miles per hour down the freeway! I guess God sends guardian angels in many different sizes.
