I had said here on facebook a few weeks ago and had expressed to Shirley that there was an operation underway there that was classified and that those who rushed in to the defense were not privy. That is why support was waived off. A rescue effort was not supposed to take place. I think that the administration and the intelligence and military leadership felt any rescue efforts would exacerbate the operation. I am not defending it but is was an undisclosed operation to which congress could not be privy. The valiant efforts of those former military personnel who were part of the security were not supposed to have taken place. I know nothing about this specific operation. However, I am familiar with other possible operations. Remember Mission Impossible. Should your operations be discovered the Secretary will disavow all knowledge. As I used to always say when making a presentation, Bada Boom Bada Bing. I never watched the Sopranos. I just picked that up for some reason. My NSA customer gave me a book when she moved on called "The Tao of Bada Bing".
