I had some 3com switches. they were broken and I wanted them replaced under the lifetime warranty. HP purchased 3com networking, and went out of their way to make this impossible. we started with one series of questions after another, culminating with starting the whole series over because they said I didnt answer them. I will never, ever recommend an HP product to anyone, their support is a damn joke.
