I had someone ask me about Shakeology today and it about brought tears to my eyes because I havent had it in 2 months!!! :( I love my Shakeology! It is honestly the only thing I would choose if I got stuck on a deserted island and had to choose one source of nutrition! Ive been without it for 2 months now because I had to put it on hold, and I am miserable without it! I am craving everything & I always feel hungry, my body hurts and aches again, Im not sleeping as good and I never feel rested when I wake up in the morning, my sinuses are acting up, I have allergy problems again. Ive had to take ibuprofen for headaches again. I try not to and I try just taking a detox bath and drinking more water but without Shakeology, Im not getting everything I need nutrition wise and its kicking my butt!! Ill be getting it back November 15th & I cannot wait!!! I hadnt been sick with a touch of ANYTHING while I was drinking it every day after the first month of having it and now my throat hurts and like I said, Im all achy. I got another job just so I can always have it! I seriously never want to be without it again! Lol sorry for rambling but there is nothing that has helped me like it does and I cant freaking afford NOT to drink it!! I am a crabby hormonal ticked off mess without it too!! November 15th, I will be celebrating!
