I had such a wonderful networking meeting yesterday with someone who is entering the human potential development sphere as a coach and trainer. As I shared some steps with him to create visibility for his personal brand, I walked down memory lane … recalling some of my coaching success stories. As I left the meeting the face of my favourite barman and mentee Matthew came to mind. He had just turned 21 and wanted to open his own bar flaring business. I recall his mile-wide grin, crackling energy and lively discussion as we planned his business. Sadly, he lost his life in hit-and-run accident a month later … Gone too soon for almost a year now but he did “see” his business in his dreams. I’m glad that I was a part of it. Miss you Matt!
